The Ohio Capital Fund (“TOCF”) is a “fund of funds” investing in venture capital funds that have targeted
Ohio early stage companies as part of their investment strategy. Criteria for fund selection include
performance potential, portfolio composition and commitment to invest into seed and/or early stage
companies located in Ohio. All selected funds undergo an extensive review and diligence process.
