The Ohio Capital Fund (“TOCF”) is a “fund of funds” investing in venture capital funds that have targeted Ohio early stage companies as part of their investment strategy. Criteria for fund selection include performance potential, portfolio composition and commitment to invest into seed and/or early stage companies located in Ohio. All selected funds undergo an extensive review and diligence process.

	Arboretum Ventures II & III Arboretum is an early-stage venture capital firm with an office in Cleveland that is focused on the healthcare sector.

	Arsenal Venture Partners II With an office in Cleveland, Arsenal’s primary sectors of interest are communication/information technology, power and energy and environmental/industrial technologies. Arsenal invests at the intersection of the commercial and defense markets, leveraging a unique relationship with the Department of Defense.

	Athenian Venture Partners III A venture capital firm investing in early through later stage life science and IT companies. Athenian is headquartered in Athens Ohio with offices in San Diego, Boston and Ft. Lauderdale.

	Bridge Investment Fund Invests in seed and early stage bio-medical companies located in Israel, seeking to establish U.S. operations in the Great Lakes Region, with a focus on Ohio.

	Charter Life Sciences II A clinical stage life sciences venture capital fund with offices in Cincinnati and Palo Alto, California.

	Chrysalis Ventures (Ohio) III A venture fund investing in healthcare, business services, and media/communications sectors. The Fund’s focus is to invest in under-ventured Middle America, primarily in Midwestern and Southern United States, including Ohio.

	Draper Triangle Ohio Ventures A venture fund investing in seed and early stage technology companies located primarily in the central and western Pennsylvania and Ohio region.

	Early Stage Partners, Fund II A venture fund, based in Cleveland, Ohio focused on seed and early stage investments in Northeast Ohio’s most promising industry clusters, including health care, information technology and advanced materials.

	Edison Venture Fund VII Headquartered in New Jersey, Edison has established an Ohio presence with an office in Cleveland. Edison Ventures provides capital and value-added services to companies in the early-growth stages. The fund’s industry specialties include financial technology, healthcare IT, enterprise 2.0, interactive marketing and ecommerce.

	Fletcher Spaght Ventures II A Boston-based fund with a focus on information technology and life science investment which has established a Columbus, Ohio, office.

	Glengary Headquartered in northeast Ohio’s Beachwood, Glengary concentrates its contributions in the Applied Technology, Business Service, Non-biomedical Healthcare and Information Technology arenas.

	NCT Ventures I A Columbus Ohio venture fund focused on marketing, logistics and companies using technology to make their marketplace more efficient.

	Primus Capital Fund VI Primus Capital is a Cleveland-based fund that will focus on companies in the business services, healthcare, education and communication sectors.

	QCA First Fund III, LLC A Cincinnati-based fund investing in seed and early-stage companies across a diverse set of industries.

	Radius Ventures III A New-York based venture capital firm focusing on leading-edge health and life sciences companies, which has established an Ohio-presence in Cleveland.

	River Cities Capital Fund IV A venture capital fund investing in enterprise or infrastructure software, software as a service, business process outsourcing and medical device companies located primarily in the Midwest and Southeast United States.

	RiverVest Venture Fund II RiverVest Ventures is a St.Louis-based fund, with a Cleveland office, that invests, in early-stage life science companies that have practical, well-articulated paths to liquidity.

	SunBridge Partners Technology Fund III A venture fund investing in technology companies in the following sectors: computing, communications and manufacturing, including materials, semiconductors, components, equipment and software.

	5AM Ventures II A venture fund focused on investing in early-stage life science companies. 5AM Ventures has offices in Menlo Park, California and Waltham, Massachusetts.

	Columbia Capital Equity Partners IV (QP) A venture capital fund that invests in companies within the communications and information technology industries (CIT).

	Globespan Capital Partners V A fund formed to make venture capital investments in information technology companies in the following sectors: communications, internet/infrastructure, software and systems and peripherals.

	SV Life Sciences Fund IV A venture fund focusing on life sciences companies.
